Raymond Fischer who kept bees as a hobby and extracted honey in the family kitchen started the Fischer Honey company. The business grew from the kitchen, to the basement, to the garage, to the first honey plant in the late 30’s. Today it is one of the best known honeys in the South Eastern United States. Kelley’s honey was started in 2006 with an eye to use Texas honey for the people of Texas. We own our own bee hives, so we can control our quality. Today it is one of the best known brands, with the best known quality of 100% Raw and Unfiltered Honey. Jamie’s Hive To Table was launched in 2016 with the idea of bringing the best honey and honeycomb available in America to consumers that may not have access to this type of product and quality. The concept of putting a piece of honeycomb into a squeezable bottle was pioneered by Jamie’s Hive To Table. In 2017, Jamie’s Hive To Table launched an exquisite line of Infused honeys. With infused flavors such as Lemon, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon and Sea Salt. Truly a one of a kind.
